The Tomb of Sargeras has been in beta for a couple of weeks

WoW is still extremely WoTLK Classic Gold popular even more than 15 years after its release. The game's popularity exploded with the advent of World of Warcraft wotlk that has grown into a massive online game by itself. The next expansion for the game, The Burning Crusade, is available to beta players.

The popularity that has been enjoyed by World of Warcraft wotlk has amazed even Blizzard who believed that it would only appeal to fans who are already avid. Chief executive producer John Hight told P2Pah: "It definitely shocked us."

He said: "When we put out Classic we were unsure that this was going to be a huge deal or not? We were thinking"Our core players are surely going to be delighted by it, let's make this to them.' But then the game became a huge crowd comprised of WoW players. It was as large as our current WoW community. We were astonished," Hight said. "We were thinking, 'Oh my God! we need to help two communities. What do we do?'"

"Suffice this to state that I'm convinced that we are the best of having the two largest MMOs on Earth. It's an impressive community. It's much bigger than we thought it would be."
