Powerpoint: A Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Presentation

To get started, just click on the Powerpoint icon on the desktop or in the Start menu.

Step 1 Slides

There are two options for creating a presentation: use a template or start from scratch. The second option is recommended: it is easier to deal with tinctures, it is more convenient to add basic elements. Select the "Blank Presentation" section - a document consisting of one slide will open on the screen.

  2. In the same section, you can add videos - select the "Multimedia / Sound" tool and insert the desired content.

Charts and Graphs

To insert one of these elements on a slide, use the "Insert" section and the "Chart" item. In Powerpoint, he can make elements of different design: dotted, petal. After choosing a design, enter information, return to the diagram and adjust its location and dimensions.

The Animation tab controls how and when elements appear on the slide. Select the desired block, select a style, set the time.
