NBA 2K23 announced today that DeMar DeRozan will check in with an 89-overall, and Zach LaVine will enter the season at 88. The ranking is a pretty substantial increase for DeRozan who coming into last year ranked only 85. Regarding LaVine He only moves one slot by one slot from NBA 2K22's 87.While I think each is worthy of reaching the 90s-esque threshold the 88 and 89 place them in pretty good with each other.
For instance, DeRozan is placed ahead of Rudy Gobert and just two spots just behind Devin Booker. LaVine ranks higher than players such as Zion Williamson and Jaylen Brown.One aspect that DeRozan also has going for him is a top place on the charts of dunking. LaVine's score of 95 places him behind by only Ja Morant as well as Zion Williamson as one of the top slammers in the league.
The remainder of the Bulls roster is not yet been confirmed, however 2KRatings.com does have an unofficial list that is worth checking out. In between DeRozan and LaVine and LaVine - which should come as no surprise is an overall score of 83.
