Make the post on your own newsfeed . On your home page, click "What's on your mind" to do that.

Before clicking "Post," make sure the privacy setting is set to "Public."

After it has been posted, select the 'Share' option located in the bottom right corner of that particular Facebook post.

Click the 'Share to Group' option from the drop-down menu.

Decide which exclusive group you wish to send this post to.
