Registration of foreign-funded enterprise branch

1, the company's legal representative signed the "application for registration of the establishment of a branch

2, the company signed the "designated representative or jointly entrusted agent certificate" and a copy of the ID card of the designated representative or commissioned agent (my signature)

Should indicate the specific matters entrusted, the authority of the delegate, the period of delegation

3、Articles of Association (signed by the legal representative of the company)

4, a copy of the company's business license

5, the branch business premises to prove the use of their own property to submit a copy of the title certificate; rental housing to submit the original lease agreement or copy and a copy of the lessor's title certificate; the above can not provide a copy of the title certificate, submit a copy of the other housing title use certificate

6, the company issued by the branch in charge of the employment documents and proof of identity

7, the branch to apply for registration of the scope of business in the laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council must be reported for approval before registration of the project, submit copies of relevant approval documents or licenses or permits to prove that the scope of business of the branch shall not exceed the scope of business of the company

8, laws, administrative regulations and decisions of the State Council to establish a branch must be reported to the approval of the relevant approval documents or a copy of the license

9, the Council issued a full set of registration forms and other materials

Submit a copy of the company should indicate that "consistent with the original" and the company stamped with the official seal

C. Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision

(1) fill out the application form

(2) the original business license and a copy of the legal representative (responsible person) ID card (foreigners for the passport) copy, a copy of the manager ID card.
