OTW Upgrade Instructions
The Ones to Watch card can be upgraded in several ways in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
OTW cards will be automatically upgraded to the OVR of the latest performance-based information items players receive, including Team of the Week (TOTW) and Player of the Week (MOTM).
Beginning Friday, September 30, if their teams win three of their next eight domestic league games, they will receive a one-time promotion through the Watch to Win bonus.
Finally, new to FUT 23 is the "Watch National Team" bonus, which is also a one-time upgrade that can be earned if their national team wins any matches at the World Cup.
For wins and country bonuses, OTW players do not have to be present in the game or be part of their national team to be eligible for the upgrade.
