My reason become to cobble collectively a build based mostly on Diablo 4 Items adorable enemies and doing loads of damage to them. It labored for the campaign, but struggled a bit in global Tier 3. However then I were given a few pieces in region and uh, yeah, it’s…pretty accurate:

Capabilities

Floor Stomp  the precept stun capacity. Stuns in an AOE and does the most Diablo 4 Boosting stagger damage to bosses. The ability to stagger bosses is huge for this assemble as that’s at the same time as you’ll do the maximum damage. I used the closing cooldown reduction node here.
Hard Shout  that is just my one protecting capability as this isn't always a totally defensive assemble common. 40% harm discount from enemies on demand is right.
