This rich, hearty, and low-carb baked chicken zucchini casserole dish is delicious! This quick casserole will please the whole family, and it's a fantastic way to convince the kids to eat their vegetables (which are hidden in a tasty cheese sauce!)
Ingredients Checklist Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks 3 tablespoons butter, divided
2 big zucchini, peeled and sliced into 1/2-inch chunks
13 cup all-purpose flour 1 big red bell pepper, diced
1 cup whole milk 1 cup no-salt chicken broth
reduced-fat cream cheese, 3 oz.
14 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded, split 34 teaspoon ground pepper
a quarter teaspoon of salt
Directions
1st step
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a large pan over medium-high heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Cook, tossing occasionally until the chicken is nicely browned, about 8 minutes. Place the chicken in a medium mixing basin. Add the zucchini and bell pepper to the pan and simmer, stirring periodically, for approximately 4 minutes, or until the veggies begin to soften. Add the zucchini mixture to the chicken in the mixing bowl.
2nd Step
In the same pan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook, stirring frequently, for approximately 1 minute, or until the flour begins to brown. Bring the broth and milk to a boil, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and mix in 3/4 cup mozzarella and cream cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper. Drain the liquid from the chicken and vegetable combination and combine it with the cheese sauce. Place the mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over the casserole and place it on a foil-lined baking sheet.
3rd step
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is browned and the edges are bubbling. Allow for a 10-minute rest period before serving.

Ingredients for Caesar Salad:
1 or 2 romaine lettuce heads, big or little
shredded or shaved parmesan cheese
Crisp handmade croutons may be made ahead of time.
The following recipe serves two salads.
Easy homemade caesar salad
Dressing is the finest, but if you're in a hurry, here's our favourite store-bought dressing.
How to Make Croutons:
The crunch of handmade garlic croutons elevates this salad, giving it a more upscale appearance and flavour. You'll be munching on these croutons because of the cheese coated onto each small toast!
Place baguette on a baking sheet after cutting it in half lengthwise and slicing it into 1/4′′ thick slices.
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic Toss bread with 2 tbsp parmesan and garlic-infused oil.
Evenly distribute the mixture and bake until crisp.
How to Make Caesar Salad Dressing:
To make the caesar salad dressing, all you need is a bowl and a whisk. This Caesar dressing is light and nutritious, and it has a lot of fresh taste without a lot of salt.
Combine the minced garlic, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and red wine vinegar in a mixing bowl.
The dressing is emulsified by whisking while adding the oil, resulting in a smooth and creamy (not greasy) consistency.
Season to taste with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
To make easy freezer meals, add all of your ingredients to a large mixing bowl and gently toss to cover the lettuce with caesar dressing. This recipe makes enough croutons for two salads, so you'll be all set for round two!

These slow cooker bbq ribs in the Slow Cooker are incredible! Incredible taste, tenderness, and succulents. They gracefully slide off the bone and melt in your tongue like no other.
Why these Crockpot BBQ baby back ribs will be a hit:
Extremely simple and low-maintenance: These ribs are cooked on LOW for 6 hours and then broiled for 2-4 minutes at the end to create that wonderful caramelization. For the most part, this is a hands-off dish.
They're really soft and fall off the bone, but they don't turn into "pulled pork." It's the ideal compromise.
The dry rub on the ribs is out of this world! For that typical BBQ ribs flavour, use a lot of aromatic spices and brown sugar.
Use your favourite BBQ sauce to make this dish: Use your favourite store-bought BBQ sauce to keep things straightforward, convenient, and uncomplicated. Alternatively, try fresh fruit salad.
Slow Cooker Dimensions and Shape
This Crockpot 6-quart slow cooker comes highly recommended. Use a 6-quart slow cooker or bigger to fit a whole rack of baby back ribs. Make sure everything fits and that the lid can be completely closed. Use a round or oval slow cooker depending on the shape of the slow cooker.
Curl the ribs around the sides of the slow cooker if possible. Because it promotes equal cooking and heat dispersion, it is my favourite method. This also guarantees that the water does not come into direct contact with the mass of the meat, which aids in achieving the desired flesh texture.
Ribs with a Dry Rub Seasoning
Speaking of dry rubs, this rib seasoning is out of this world! It's a straightforward rub prepared with brown sugar and fragrant spices that can be found in almost any place.
The dry rub for these slow cooker BBQ ribs contains the following ingredients: salt, pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika, chilli powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic powder, onion powder Feel free to add any other spices that you choose.

These swirling cream cheese desserts combine the flavours of chocolate brownies with cheesecake in one bite. Rich fudgy brownies with rich cream-cheese swirls that are sweet and zesty.
Overview of the recipe
Brownie layer: For this recipe, use a variant of my Homemade Brownies as the basis. They come out moist and fudgy, with melty chocolate chips all around.
Softened cream cheese, sugar, egg white, flour, and vanilla essence make up the cream cheese layer.
Assemble the brownies by scooping about two-thirds of the batter onto an 8-inch square pan and smoothing it into an equal layer. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture and the leftover brownie mixture on top of each other. Swirl the two batters together using the point of a sharp knife.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the brownies are largely set but still fudgy.
Why will you enjoy this recipe?
Flavour: Thick swirls of sweetened cream cheese with a lot of delicious chocolate flavour.
Texture: Chewy rims and fudgy cores, with smooth cream cheese pockets throughout.
A dish that combines the tastes of cheesecake with brownies.

Keep these suggestions in mind when cooking a cold, creamy pasta salad:
Make sure the pasta isn't overcooked. Use the pasta's packaging guidelines as a reference, but test it a minute or two before it's supposed to be done. Drain the spaghetti and proceed to the next step.
Toss the cooked pasta with the salad dressing after rinsing it under cool water. If you've ever created a sticky pasta salad, it might be due to not washing the pasta before mixing it with the dressing. Starches are used to coat the cooked pasta. By eliminating the carbs, the salad will become less sticky and clumpy.
Toss the salad with a variety of bright vegetables and textures. It's just more convenient this way.

INGREDIENTS FOR FRIED PORK CHOPS
1 cup flour (all-purpose)
1 teaspoon salt, coarse
12 teaspoon black pepper, coarse
12 tbsp. paprika
a quarter teaspoon of garlic powder
a quarter teaspoon of onion powder
two eggs
4–6 pork chops (boneless)
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE FOR FRIED PORK CHOPS
STEP ONE: In a shallow bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to make your fried pork chops.
STEP TWO: Beat the eggs in a second shallow basin.
STEP THREE: COMPLETE THE FORMULA. Using a meat mallet, pound the pork chops between two pieces of plastic wrap or parchment paper until they are about 12 to 34 inches thick.
STEP FOUR: In a cast-iron skillet, heat oil to a depth of 34 inches over medium-high heat. Preheat the oil to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
If you don't have a thermometer, test the temperature of the heated oil by dropping a little number of beaten eggs into it. It's ready to use if it bubbles to the surface. Allow it to cool down a little if it bubbles too much.
STEP FIVE: Lightly cover both sides of each pork chop in the seasoned flour mixture. Then dip each side in the egg mixture before returning to the flour mixture.
STEP SIX: Carefully place the pork chop in the hot oil in the big pan.
STEP SEVEN: Fry the pork chops on both sides until they are fully done. Cook for 3 minutes on one side, turn, and cook for another 2 minutes on the other side, checking for pink juices.

MAKE CRISPY OVEN BAKED STEAK FRIES WITH THESE TIPS
1) Soak the sliced potatoes for 30 minutes or more in a dish of water. Drain and rinse them after that. This helps to get rid of some of the starch in the potatoes.
2) Using a dish towel or paper towels, thoroughly dry the potatoes.
3) Season with our recipe's secret ingredient! Believe it or not, a small amount of sugar in the spice mix aids in the caramelization of the potatoes in the oven, resulting in a delightful flavor. Season these fries thoroughly both before and after they go into the oven (to taste).
4) Make sure the potato wedges don't touch or overlap each other so they can crisp up evenly on all sides. Halfway through the cooking time, turn them. I've discovered that placing parchment paper below makes flipping and cleaning up a lot simpler.

Make your own sushi at home. Sushi is surprisingly easy to make at home. We'll start with the basics of sushi making, which are sushi rolls. Here is your guide on how to make home sushi.
Sushi California Rolls: How to Make Them
This is the conventional technique to make maki sushi or any type of rolled sushi.
1. Place the bamboo rolling mat on a chopping board with the bamboo strips facing horizontally toward you. Cover the bamboo mat with a strip of plastic wrap. Then, on top of the plastic wrap, add a sheet (or half sheet) of nori.
2. Cover the nori with a thin coating of sushi rice. Use only a small amount of rice. You'll have a feel for how much rice to use after some experience. We're going to distribute around 1 cup of rice per complete sheet of nori, leaving a tiny space at the top edge to seal the roll.
3. Place your ingredients in the center of the nori that has been coated with rice. It's important not to overpack it. If you want the rice to be on the outside of the roll, just flip the nori over and place it rice-side down on the rolling mat. Then, on top of the nori, layer your ingredients.
4. Carefully raise the mat's bottom-up and over the sushi. Form the components into a tube by pressing and shaping them. Apply pressure to the roll to ensure a firm roll.
5. Continue rolling until only an inch of nori is visible at the top. Using a little cold water, seal the nori's edge. Squeeze the meat tightly around the roll until it feels consistently snug. Avoid squeezing the ingredients so hard that they pour out the sides.
6. Cut the sushi roll in two on a cutting board using a sharp knife. Then cut each half into thirds for a total of 6 sushi pieces. Each time you make a slice, moisten the knife with water to create a lovely clean cut.
7. Arrange the sushi slices on platters. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi paste, pickled ginger, and, if desired, a bit of sliced daikon.
Along with sushi, you may also try strawberry jello fluff salad which is light and fluffy, adding a sweet flavor.
