I received this card as a gift from a friend that wanted me to spend it at a "Nice restaurant." that did not happen for over 2 years, and when I decided to use the card, it was declined. Unbeknownst to me, literally days after I received it 2 years earlier someone (perhaps a company insider???) used the gift amount of $50 to play video games online. My daughter was given a gift card as a gift from a family relative.

As soon I try to use it declined. Call customer service was a waste of time. They keep trying for me to give them my address and other unnecessary information. When I keep telling them it was a gift. I purchased a $50 gift card for myself.

The vendor issued the returns (twice) and the amounts still are back on the card. Looks like a total loss at this point. Person I gave it to tried to use it in september. Tried the website doesn't match records. Press 1 for customer rep - hangs up on me. Sent mail inquiry never got a response.
